CLASSES

Full refunds are not guaranteed after booking, as commissions will be taken out to pay Stuytown/PCV and we have limited class sizes, but we can transfer class credits to other classes. 
Due to limited class sizes, we cannot reimburse missed sessions; registration reserves your student's seat and precludes another student from registering. So please do review the calendar before booking!

FREE ASSESSMENTS

Given that there is limited availability for free assessments, we kindly ask that you cancel no later than 48 hours in advance. No-shows for free assessments will not be able to book free assessments in the future.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

To cancel or reschedule, please reach out no later than 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance are still charged. In the event of an unexpected illness, this charge is waived if the session is rescheduled within 10 days (subject to the instructor's availability).
